Global Financial Services Leader Takes 29,028 SF at 709 Westchester Avenue
White Plains, NY – November 26, 2007 – RexCorp Realty LLC (“RexCorp”), owner and operator of the 1.6 million square foot Class A Platinum Mile office portfolio today announced that UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms, has signed a ten-year, 29,028 square foot lease at the Company’s trophy Westchester office park, Platinum Mile.

The 14-building Platinum Mile portfolio is nearing the final stages of its extensive repositioning program, widely considered to be one of the largest in the history of Westchester’s office market. The major capital improvement program has enriched the properties’ prestige with dramatic lobby and entry redesigns, landscape upgrades and the inclusion of a comprehensive tenant amenity package, offering business services that include wi-fi, gourmet food service and catering, and a variety of team room and conferencing facilities.
