Fourth Quarter Leases at Leading Westchester Office Park Total 120,000 SF

White Plains, NY – December 11, 2007 – RexCorp Realty LLC (“RexCorp”), owner and operator of the 1.6 million square foot Class A Platinum Mile office portfolio announced today that multinational construction consultant, IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc. signed a new long-term lease for 13,820 square feet at the newly repositioned park’s 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, marking 120,000 square feet of transactions during the fourth quarter of 2007.

The Platinum Mile portfolio, where a multi-million dollar capital improvement program continues, features the finest suburban office properties in what is considered the best Westchester location.
