RexCorp Inks New 13,820 Lease with Multinational Construction Consultant at 106 Corporate Park Drive on RexCorp’s Platinum Mile

Fourth Quarter Leases at Leading Westchester Office Park Total 120,000 SF

White Plains, NY – December 11, 2007 – RexCorp Realty LLC (“RexCorp”), owner and operator of the 1.6 million square foot Class A Platinum Mile office portfolio announced today that multinational construction consultant, IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc. signed a new long-term lease for 13,820 square feet at the newly repositioned park’s 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, marking 120,000 square feet of transactions during the fourth quarter of 2007.

The Platinum Mile portfolio, where a multi-million dollar capital improvement program continues, features the finest suburban office properties in what is considered the best Westchester location. Its prominence as a leading office park coupled with the excellence of RexCorp property management has resulted in the strong and sustained interest of both new and existing tenants. The new lease with IVI Due Diligence, a long time RexCorp tenant at Platinum Mile’s 105 Corporate Park Drive, is exemplary of the high esteem in which RexCorp’s superior quality brand of real estate management is held throughout the county.

IVI Due Diligence required more space for its executive and administrative functions and RexCorp facilitated this long-term tenant’s transition into nearby, larger facilities.
