87,310 SF of Transactions in Q4 2007 Marks Impressive Close to Strong Year for Platinum Mile

White Plains, NY – January 14, 2008 – RexCorp Realty LLC (“RexCorp”) bade farewell to 2007 with continued positive news on its leasing front. In Westchester and Connecticut alone, the Company signed 500,000 square feet in new or renewed leases in 2007 and 114,550 square feet of leases in just the fourth quarter. Continuing its impressive contributions to total leasing volumes, the crown jewel of RexCorp’s Westchester portfolio, Platinum Mile, recorded 87,310 square feet of leasing in the fourth quarter, capping off 218,175 square feet of signed leasing transactions for the full year 2007.

UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms, signed a new ten-year, 29,028 square foot lease at Platinum Mile’s 709 Westchester Avenue in White Plains; Steve Baker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.

IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc., a leading multinational construction consultant, signed a new long-term lease for 13,820 square feet at Platinum Mile’s 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains; Budd Wiesenberg and Bill Cuddy of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction.

Henningson, Durham & Richardson, P.C., an architectural services firm, renewed the lease of its 12,634 square foot headquarters at 711 Westchester Avenue in White Plains; Robert Bundy of The Staubach Company represented the tenant in this transaction.

Woodard and Curran, an engineering, science, and operations company, took an early renewal of its lease and expanded its offices to 7,440 square feet at 709 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.

Brown and Brown of New York, national insurance intermediary, renewed its lease at 2500 Westchester Avenue in Purchase; Ian Ceppos of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.

Tullett Prebon Holdings Corp., inter-dealer broker of financial products, renewed its lease at 108 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains; Steven Baker of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.

The Law Firm of Solomon & Tanenbaum, P.C. renewed its lease at 707 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.

Kforce, Inc., professional staffing consultants, signed a new lease at 2500 Westchester Avenue in Purchase; Gerard Lees of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.

MAC Pension, pension and executive benefits professionals, signed a new lease at 1025 Westchester Avenue in White Plains; Craig Ruoff of Rakow Commercial represented the tenant in this transaction.

Metalink Marine Corp. renewed the lease on its offices at 707 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.

The Law Offices of Priolet & Associates, P.C. signed a new lease at 1025 Westchester Avenue in White Plains; Brian Carcaterra of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in this transaction.

Cloud 9 Internet Inc., Internet consultants, renewed their lease at 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains.

In Tarrytown:

Bayer Healthcare expanded its existing office spaces with a new lease at 555 White Plains Road; Brad Armstrong of Equis represented the tenant in this transaction.

Northeast Advertising Corporation renewed and expanded its lease at 580 White Plains Road.

Terramar Sports, Inc., designer and producer of thermal clothing, signed a new lease at 580 White Plains Road; John Zappia of New York Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.

GNT USA, Inc, leading specialist in natural food colors, renewed its lease at 660 White Plains Road.

Marks Paneth & Schron, LLP, independent CPA firm, renewed and expanded its lease at 660 White Plains Road.

Globalspec, Inc. , the leading specialized vertical search, information services and e-publishing company serving the engineering, manufacturing and related scientific and technical market segments, renewed its lease at 560 White Plains Road.

In Connecticut:

Pratt-Read Corporation, leading manufacturer of screwdrivers, signed a new, long-term lease at 710 Bridgeport Avenue for 127,833 square feet; Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.

Solebury Capital Group, a boutique investment banking firm, signed a new lease at 225 High Ridge Road; Michael Norris of Colliers ABR represented the tenant in this transaction.

Global Infrastructure signed a new lease at 225 High Ridge Road; Ray Mazzeo of The Alliance Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
