RexCorp Inks 693,153 sf in Leases Throughout Long Island Office Portfolio in 2007

Uniondale, NY – January 22, 2008 – RexCorp Realty LLC (“RexCorp”) proudly closed out a strong 2007 recording 693,153 square feet in new or renewed leases across its prized Long Island portfolio of office properties. The many transactions with some of Long Island’s most prominent businesses, both new and renewing tenants, underscore RexCorp’s outstanding commitment to provide valued services and amenities to its tenants and validates RexCorp’s market position as Long Island’s leading commercial landlord.

Of note, in Nassau County RexCorp extended its relationship with long-term tenants: Rivkin Radler, LLC, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Starbucks Corporation, Washington Mutual and LabCorp. Details of these transactions are as follows:

Rivkin Radler LLC renewed its long-tern lease at Rexcorp’s trophy asset, RexCorp Plaza in Uniondale for 79,125 square feet; Mark Weiss and Brian Lee of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company signed a lease for 26,721 square feet at 50 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard in Mitchel Field; Bob Shulman and Frank Pagano of Cresa Partners/CNR represented the tenant in this transaction.

Starbucks Corporation, international coffee retailer, signed a new lease for 8,377 square feet at 6900 Jericho Turnpike (North Shore Atrium) in Syosset; David Leviton and Rob Kuppersmith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.

Washington Mutual, the highly regarded financial institution, renewed its commitment for 63,130 square feet of office space at Long Island’s most desirable office address, RexCorp Plaza in Uniondale; Michael Stein, Bob Rosenbluth and Michael Ventre of Windsor Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.

LabCorp, one of the world’s leading clinical laboratories, renewed its lease for 55,000 square feet at 51 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard in Mitchel Field; Brad Armstrong and Rory Murray of Equis Corporation represented the tenant.

Among leasing highlights in Suffolk County, Rexcorp welcomed new tenants: The Law Offices of Jordan Katz, General Electric Capital, Principal Life Insurance, Ladenberg Thalman Financial Services, TNT USA Inc, Administaff Client Services, Global Securitization Services, Prestige Equipment, and HQ Global Workplaces; the company extended its relationships with existing long-term tenants: HIP of Greater New York and Wachovia Bank. Details of these transactions are as follows:

The Law Offices of Jordan Katz signed a new lease at 395 North Service Road in Melville; Jeff Nemshin and Jeanine Lanza of Paragon Group represented the tenant in this transaction.

HIP of Greater NY, the largest HMO in New York, renewed its leases at 395 North Service Road in Melville; Phil Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow of CBRE represented the tenant with these transactions.

General Electric Capital signed a new lease at 48 South Service Road in Melville; Phil D’Avanzo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.

Principal Life Insurance signed a new lease at 48 South Service Road in Melville; Jonathan Stavitz of NAI James E Hanson represented the tenant in this transaction.

Ladenberg Thalman Financial Services signed a new lease 58 South Service Road in Melville; Alan Rosenberg of Sutton and Edwards represented the tenant in this transaction.

TNT USA Inc, leading international courier, signed a new lease at 58 South Service Road in Melville; Gus Nuzzolese of Sutton and Edwards represented the tenant in this transaction.

Wachovia Bank renewed and expanded its footprint at 58 South Service Road in Melville. Brian Lee of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in this transaction.

Administaff Client Services signed a new lease at 68 South Service Road in Melville; Vince Tuminelli of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction.

Global Securitization Services signed a new lease at 68 South Service Road in Melville Dan Thompson of Sutton and Edwards represented the tenant in this transaction.

Prestige Equipment, industrial machinery intermediary, signed a new lease at 35 Pinelawn Road in Melville; Rich Caputi of Whitman Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.

HQ Global Workplaces, a leading provider of workplace solutions, signed a new lease for 16,584 square feet at 150 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. Bob Godfrey and David Godfrey of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction.
